Turnover and active bonuses
You must reach the required turnover before a withdrawal request can clear. Open the Reward Center or withdrawal screen to see unfinished valid bets tied to your last promotion.
If an active bonus is still running, you cannot withdraw the bonus balance until that offer is complete. Finish the listed wagering on eligible Slot & Fish titles — or forfeit the bonus if the terms allow — before submitting a cash-out.
Set up payout details first
Register your bank or e-wallet information in the member area before your first withdrawal. PHSKY allows up to two cards per account, and each bank account may only be linked to one user profile. Shared cards between players are not permitted.
Enter the correct bank, account number and payee name on the first try — these fields cannot be edited freely after submission. To change payout details, contact customer support when you are not mid-cash-out.
Fund password and account security
